EMA Industries ("we", "us", "our") operates EMA Spades, a multiplayer online card game available at ema.club and through the EMA Spades mobile application (the "Service").

• Usage Data: Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Service.
• Error Reports: Automatic crash and error reports to help us improve the Service (via Sentry).

• Other Players: Your username, profile, game statistics, and chat messages are visible to other players.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for authentication (Auth0), payment processing (Stripe), error tracking (Sentry), and hosting (Cloudflare). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/WSS) and secure authentication mechanisms (httpOnly cookies, JWT tokens). While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
